Richard our property manager joined Bovingdons in 2022 and brings with him more than 35 years experience in the property industry, having owned, run and sold a successful central London Sales and Lettings agency.

Besides a wealth of experience Richard prides himself on having a practical, level headed and hands on approach to all areas of property management at pretty much any hour of the day or night!

Richard lives in Hertfordshire with his two daughters and a very active Spaniel who literally keeps him on his toes. He also enjoys spending as much time as he can in Southern Spain which he knows nearly as well as the world of property.
