Kaye is passionate and enthusiastic about all things property, from architecture to interior design, having successfully renovated and developed homes in the past to a fantastic specification.
She joined Bovingdons in 2023, and focuses on working with purchasers to help them find the right place for their next chapter.
Originally from a working farm in Devon, Kaye went on to successfully study Physiotherapy at Cardiff University and worked in both the NHS and within Welsh Rugby. This background and life experience helps her to build rapport with buyers and sellers, and quickly pin point the key requirements in their move.
Previously a Great British Swimmer Kaye lives in Penn with her husband and three young children, knows the local area intimately and is a great recent addition to the growing Bovingdon’s family
