Penn is only a few minutes from Beaconsfield by car which is on the Chiltern Railway line where you can access Marylebone in London in under 23 minutes. It is also very close to the M40 making the M25, M4 and Heathrow very accessible.


 

Schools

There is an excellent infant and middle school (Tylers Green) in Penn.  For secondary schools there is Sir William Ramsey High School and Arts College, but also many options in Beaconsfield, The Chalfonts, Amersham and High Wycombe all within a few miles drive. Here there lots of options from single sex to co-ed across Grammar, Secondary and Independent.

Amenities

There are good amenities in Penn including a few village shops and a doctor’s surgery.  It is also well renowned for having a few really good country pubs and beer gardens.


 

Leisure

With such lovely countryside on the doorstep the village is very popular for long walks.  There is also a well renowned youth football team.
