Olivia Cooper

Head of Operations

Olivia Cooper joined Bovingdons in February 2020 as Operations Manager after a career change from retail management. Her working life has always been customer service orientated, after starting in retail at aged 16 at Waitrose where she worked alongside studying for her A-levels and later as her first career. Following this she took on the role of trainee Commercial Manager at Marks and Spencer where she developed as a person and learnt valuable life skills before deciding to explore Estate Agency where she joined the Bovingdons family.


As Operations Manager, Olivia is often the first person you will talk to and her years in retail has taught her the importance of customer service.  Now she enjoys launching new properties and managing the back office systems, developing the HR department and especially working with our close-knit team.


In her spare time Olivia enjoys travelling with the most exciting trip being from West to East America visiting 14 different states along the way. In the winter months she enjoys travelling to the Alps and enjoys skiing and snowboarding with friends and family, but also enjoy getting away to sunnier destinations, where she enjoys some time out by the pool and exploring the local cuisine. When she isn’t working and seeing the world, she enjoys the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside locally, walking the family dog or horse-riding.
