Nestled down in the Misbourne valley sits the beautiful town of Amersham, anchored by the Old Town steeped in history, including the 700-year-old buildings and beautiful market square. Just a short climb away is Amersham-on-the-hill, a busy shopping town centre built around the railway.

If you are looking at independent schooling, then Amerhsam boasts a great selection with The Beacon School (Boys) and Heatherton House (girls).
With the beautiful ‘Old Amersham’ as well as the new town, the options for eating out are excellent including the famous The Kings Arms and The Crown Hotel both locations used in the hit movie Four Weddings and a Funeral. Alongside this there are many independent eateries that make Amersham so popular.
